Canterbury

Running provides people with the opportunity to improve their health and fitness while at the same time getting out of their homes and into the fresh air, enjoying everything their local area has to offer:

Our Canterbury Group meets on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.  We cater for Beginners, Improvers and Intermediates on both nights.  We provide a monthly programme which gives you all the venues for each session. 


Tuesday: Beginners, Improvers & Intermediates meeting at 6:30pm. 

Thursday: Beginners, Improvers and Intermediates meeting at 6:30pm.   

Sunday: Improvers and Intermediates meeting at 9:00am.


Next complete Beginner's Courses will be starting in September 2012.  

We are also very proud to be linked in with the Canterbury Christchurch Universities Try Sport Initiative. They are offering both their staff and students the opportunity to get back into sport or try something they have never done before.  We have been chosen as their approved running club partner in Canterbury.
